Cabinet Warehouse Near Beverly & Morgan Park Chicago – South Side Builder

Cabinet Warehouse Near Beverly & Morgan Park Chicago – South Side Builder

Builders and contractors working in Beverly, Morgan Park and the rest of Chicago’s South Side can source in-stock kitchen and bathroom vanity cabinets from CCC Cabinets’ warehouse at 2180 S Wolf Rd in Des Plaines. CCC delivers to Chicago jobsites on its own trucks, so most South Side crews schedule delivery rather than drive across the city, and use warehouse pickup for urgent or small orders.

Key takeaways

• CCC’s only warehouse and showroom are in Des Plaines, near O’Hare; it has no South Side location.
• For Beverly and Morgan Park jobs, jobsite delivery usually beats a cross-city pickup trip.
• 15 door styles are stocked, assembled or ready-to-assemble, on one plywood-box construction.
• Wholesale pricing requires a trade account; pricing is quoted per project.
• CCC supplies residential kitchen and bath cabinets, not specialized commercial or healthcare casework.

Why Choose a Cabinet Warehouse?

• In-stock availability: standard sizes already built and stored, ready for pickup or delivery without custom production time.
• Wholesale pricing: trade accounts get project pricing.
• Consistent selection: the same styles stay available across jobs, so rentals and phased projects match.
• Logistics: a warehouse with its own trucks can coordinate jobsite delivery around your schedule.

Planning Cabinets for a South Side Job

Delivery checklist for Chicago jobsites

• Confirm the jobsite address and an on-site contact when you order; the coordinator calls the business day before delivery.
• Check that the street or alley can take a large truck; CCC delivers with vehicles up to 24,000 lbs.
• Plan for curbside drop-off and have people ready to carry cabinets in.
• Keep cabinets in a dry, heated space until installation.

See delivery and pickups for fees and policies, and the service areas page for coverage.

Frequently Asked Questions About Cabinet Warehouses

Is there a CCC Cabinets warehouse on the South Side of Chicago?

No. CCC Cabinets has one showroom and warehouse, at 2180 S Wolf Rd in Des Plaines near O’Hare. South Side builders, including those in Beverly and Morgan Park, typically use scheduled jobsite delivery on CCC’s trucks, or pick up at the Des Plaines warehouse when a crew is already in the area.

How do contractors qualify for wholesale cabinet pricing?

Contractors, builders, remodelers, property managers, kitchen dealers and designers apply for a trade account online. After approval, CCC quotes pricing per project; there is no published price list. Homeowners work through their contractor or designer.

What is the lead time for in-stock cabinets?

In-stock orders placed before early afternoon are usually ready for same-day pickup at the warehouse, and delivery is scheduled with the delivery coordinator. Confirm availability for your door style and items, and the timing, when you order; ready-to-assemble orders are generally ready sooner than assembled ones.

Does CCC Cabinets supply hospital or commercial casework?

CCC Cabinets supplies residential-style kitchen cabinets and bathroom vanity cabinets for homes, apartments and similar projects. Specialized healthcare or laboratory casework has its own specifications and is better sourced from suppliers that focus on that market.

Do CCC cabinets come with a warranty?

Yes. CCC cabinets carry a 5-year limited warranty on defects in material and workmanship and a 2-year limited warranty on painted finishes, with proof of purchase. Damage from misuse, improper installation, modification or excess moisture is excluded.
