How the CCC trade account works

CCC Cabinets sells wholesale to the trade — contractors, builders, remodelers, property managers and cabinet dealers. There are no retail sales to homeowners and no published price lists, so an approved trade account is the first step for every customer.

1. Submit the application

The application above is a 16-question form. Once the account is approved, you are quoted wholesale trade pricing per project. Dealers can add tax exemption by providing a valid resale certificate by email to [email protected] or by fax to 847-892-3390.

2. Place orders on the official order form

Orders are placed on the official CCC order form and confirmed by fax or email within 3 hours; the order stays in pending status until you sign and return the confirmation. See the full order process.

3. Pick up in Des Plaines or schedule delivery

All 15 door styles are stocked at the Des Plaines warehouse — in-stock orders placed before early afternoon are usually ready for same-day pickup, and CCC also delivers across Chicagoland on its own trucks. Delivery & pickup details.

Who can open a CCC Cabinets trade account?

Do I need an account before visiting the showroom?

No — you can book a showroom visit first. All 15 in-stock styles are on display at the Des Plaines showroom and warehouse, and you can browse the cabinet collection online before you apply.

Do I need a wholesale license in Illinois to buy wholesale cabinets?

Illinois does not issue a standalone “wholesale license.” Businesses register with the Illinois Department of Revenue (Form REG-1) and receive a Certificate of Registration with a taxpayer ID number. To then buy inventory for resale without paying sales tax, you give your supplier a completed Form CRT-61 Certificate of Resale. CCC adds tax exemption to an approved trade account once a valid resale certificate is on file — email it to [email protected] or fax 847-892-3390.
