Ordering, pickup and delivery: what to expect

1. Open a trade account

CCC Cabinets sells to contractors, builders, remodelers, property managers and cabinet dealers only — there are no retail sales to homeowners. The dealer, contractor and builder application is a 16-question form; once the account is approved you are quoted at wholesale trade pricing per project. CCC does not publish retail price lists. Open a trade account, or book a showroom visit to compare door samples first.

2. Submit the order on the official order form

Orders must be placed on the official CCC Cabinets order form — orders submitted on other forms are not processed. Need a digital copy? 3. Confirm within 3 hours

An order confirmation is sent by fax or email within 3 hours of receipt. The order stays in pending status until you sign the confirmation and return it. If you need a specific ship date, a call to schedule, or a hold, include that instruction with the order — without it the shipment follows the standard lead time. If no confirmation arrives within 3 hours, call the office.

4. Pick up in Des Plaines or take delivery

Warehouse pickup: collect your order at the Des Plaines warehouse during business hours. Staff assist with loading, and tailgate pickups and personal vehicles are allowed. CCC reserves the right to refuse pickups that were not confirmed 1–2 days in advance, so confirm the pickup date when you order.

Delivery: CCC delivers on its own trucks with its own drivers. The delivery coordinator contacts your named site contact the business day before the scheduled delivery, so the address and phone number on the order need to be the jobsite ones. Standard delivery is curbside drop-off; moving cabinets to a specific location is a separate service arranged with your sales rep. Jobsites must take a truck 12′0″ tall and 8′0″ wide on a paved road or driveway. Fees are published on the delivery & pickups page.

5. Check the order before you sign

Verify the order for accuracy and damage before signing the packing list at delivery or pickup — claims for missing or incorrect items are not accepted after the packing list is signed. Report damage or shortages to [email protected] within 7 days of delivery or pickup; items already installed or damaged during assembly are not eligible.
