Delivery Requirements
Jobsite Accessibility:
- Delivery sites must accommodate a truck measuring 12’0 tall and 8’0 wide.
- Trucks will not operate off-road and require a paved road or driveway.
- CCC Cabinets is not responsible for damage caused if directed to drive onto driveways or sidewalks.
Site Confirmation:
- Ensure the delivery site meets these requirements to avoid issues.
Pickups
Pickup Option:
- Customers may pick up orders at the CCC Cabinets warehouse during operational hours.
- Indicate whether the order will be delivered or picked up on the order form.
Pickup Guidelines:
- Employees are available to assist with loading.
- We allow tailgate pickups and the use of personal vehicles.
- CCC Cabinets reserves the right to refuse pickups or orders not confirmed 1–2 days in advance of the scheduled pickup date.
Claims & Replacements
Order Verification:
- Verify your order for accuracy and damage before signing the packing list during delivery or pickup.
- Claims for missing or incorrect items will not be accepted after signing the packing list.
Reporting Issues:
- Report any damages or missing items immediately via email at [email protected].
- Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery or pickup.
- Items that are installed or damaged during assembly are not eligible for claims.
Returns
Return Policy:
- Returns are accepted up to 60 days from the delivery or pickup date.
- Items must be in good condition and in their original packaging.
- Modified or assembled cabinets are not eligible for return.
- A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns.
Return Credit:
- Returns are processed as credit for future orders only.

- Use the return/replacement form included in this catalog.
