CCC CABINETS
Claims
All jobsites must be accessible with a truck that is 12’0 tall, and 8’0 wide. CCC Cabinets trucks will not go off road. There must be a paved road or driveway. If our driver is directed to pull onto a driveway or sidewalk, CCC Cabinets will not take any responsibility for any damage that may occur.
Please confirm that it is a viable delivery site. Pickups Our customers may also pick up orders at our CCC Cabinets warehouse. Please mark whether your order will be delivered or picked up on the Order form. Pickups can be made during our location’s operational hours.
Our employees are available to lend a helping hand with loading. We allow tail-gate pickups, and personal vehicles. CCC Cabinets reserves the right to refuse pickups at CCC Cabinets’ discretion. CCC Cabinets also reserves the right to oppose any orders that are not confirmed within at least 1 – 2 days prior to pick up date. Claims/Replacements We ask that you verify your order is correct and undamaged before signing our packing list for a delivery or pickup.
Please be advised that missing or incorrect order claims will not be accepted after signing off a packing list. Note any visual damages or missing items directly to our email at [email protected]. Claims must be made within 7 days to be accepted by CCC Cabinets. Damaged items that are installed or damaged during assembly will not be accepted.
CCC CABINETS
Returns
Returns CCC Cabinets accepts returns up to 60 days after the delivery or pickup date. Returns must be in good condition and in original packaging. We do not accept cabinets that were modified and assembled. A 25% restocking fee will apply for all returns. Returns are only accepted as credit for future orders.
