CCC CABINETS
Placing an Order
We ask that you use our order form contained in this catalog to order any CCC Cabinets products. If you would like a copy in PDF or Excel, feel free to contact us by email at [email protected] with your company name, and we
will gladly send them to you. CCC Cabinets will not be responsible for orders not placed on our order forms as well as
fax/e-mail transmission errors. Please submit all orders to any of the following:

Order Confirmations
Order confirmations are submitted by fax or e-mail no later than 3 hours after. If for any reason you happen to not receive a quote in this time frame, please contact us by phone or email. An order will have a pending status and will not be prepared until it is signed and confirmed by the customer with a confirmation sent back to us via fax or e-mail. If you have a desired ship date for later (i.e. “Deliver on 4/22,” “Call to schedule a date,” or “Hold until further instructions have been given”), you can specify that in the order as well. If no such instructions have been given, our shipments will be sent out conforming to our lead time. Additional charges will apply for orders that are changed or cancelled after the confirmation is given.
Design
The CCC Cabinets catalog is available on 2020. We use this program as a reference/design tool. When it comes to the actuality of the cabinet specifications, design, or pricing, it may differ from how it appears in the program. Accurate pricing can be given by any one of our sales representatives. CCC Cabinets is not responsible for any specification variations in the design program.

Our Lead Time
Un-assembled orders will generally leave the warehouse in 1 – 2 business days after confirmation. Assembled orders will generally leave the warehouse in 5 – 7 business days after confirmation. These time frames can sometimes change depending on the order size. Our lead time is applied to orders regardless of the shipping method (truck, pickups,carriers, etc).
Modifying Cabinets
Any sort of modifcation will be available for an additional flat fee. Depending on the type of modification you wish to apply, the fees will vary and are subject to change. Modifcations are subject to our availability and can require additional lead time. Please speak to one of CCC Cabinets’ representatives at our office to clarify which modifcations are available. Any modified items cannot be returned under any circumstances. CCC Cabinets reserves the right to refuse any modifcation requests for any reason at any time.
