Delivery Process

  • Scheduling:

    • If no delivery address or contact information is provided before the scheduled date, or if the contact cannot be reached, the delivery may be delayed.

  • Rescheduling:

    • Deliveries returned to us for any reason will incur an additional charge for rescheduling.
    • If the driver waits more than 30 minutes at a stop, the delivery will automatically be rescheduled.
