Frequently Asked Questions About Kitchen Cabinets in Illinois

What should builders look for in a cabinet supplier for new construction?

Look for whole-house quoting, door styles kept in stock so phases match, published construction specs, scheduled jobsite delivery, assembled and ready-to-assemble options, written order confirmations and a clear warranty. Test the supplier on a model home or first phase before committing a whole development.

Can I order cabinets for a multi-family project?

Yes. CCC Cabinets supplies multi-family projects through a trade account, with pricing quoted per project and no minimum order. Send the box list for each unit type, order by phase including trim, and use stocked door styles so later phases and replacements match.

When should cabinets be delivered on a new build?

Schedule cabinet delivery after drywall, paint and flooring are complete and the building is closed and conditioned, so cabinets are not exposed to moisture or damage. Have a dry, lockable space ready, a crew to unload, and a plan to inspect every carton on arrival.

Does CCC supply bathroom vanities for new construction?

Yes. CCC Cabinets supplies bathroom vanity cabinets as well as kitchen cabinets, so builders can source a home from one supplier. Ask the team which vanity sizes are available in your chosen door style when you send the box list.

Is there a warranty on CCC cabinets?

Yes. CCC cabinets carry a 5-year limited warranty on defects in material and workmanship and a 2-year limited warranty on painted finishes. Proof of purchase is required, and the warranty excludes misuse, improper installation, modification and damage from excess moisture or temperature.
