How CCC Cabinets are built

Every style shares one construction, so quality does not change with the door you choose:

• 1/2-inch A-grade plywood box sides with wood veneer and a 1/2-inch full plywood back.
• 3/4-inch A-grade plywood adjustable shelves.
• 3/4-inch birch face frames with full overlay doors and MDF door center panels.
• 17 mm solid wood drawer boxes with finger-joint (dovetail) corners and 3/8-inch plywood bottoms on full-extension soft-close glides.
• 1-1/4-inch concealed 6-way adjustable soft-close hinges and pre-installed metal connectors.
• Painted finishes applied with a powder-coating-type process for an even finish.

For what each part does, see our cabinet materials guide.

In-stock cabinet collections and door styles

• Modern: Pure White, Espresso Shaker and Light Grey flat-panel shakers.
• Prestige: Millennium White and Millennium Off White raised panels, and Dark Grey flat shaker.
• Elegant: Shaker Blue, Millennium Blue, Mini White Shaker, Millennium Grey, Cappuccino Shaker, Mini Shaker Cappuccino, and the 2026 additions Black Roast, Matcha Latte and Millennium Cappuccino.

The CCC catalog and design tools

The CCC door catalog shows all 15 styles with their construction details. For design work, the CCC catalog is available in the 2020 Design program, so designers can draw kitchens with actual cabinet sizes; CCC notes that pricing and specifications in the program can differ from current products, so confirm with a sales representative. The official order form is available in PDF or Excel on request by email. See all styles on the cabinets page.

Wholesale cabinet supply for contractors and builders

CCC sells wholesale to trade customers across Chicagoland. Pricing is quoted per project after a trade account is approved, and there is no published retail price list. For multi-unit and repeat work, stocking all 15 styles means later phases and repairs can match the first order.

How ordering works

1. Open a trade account through the wholesale account page.
2. Submit orders on the official CCC order form by email or fax.
3. Receive a written confirmation within 3 hours; sign and return it to release the order.
4. Pick up in Des Plaines or schedule jobsite delivery. In-stock orders placed before early afternoon are usually ready the same day; confirm availability for your door style and items.

Ready-to-assemble orders are generally ready sooner than assembled ones. Full details: order process and delivery and pickup.

Kitchen remodeling and new construction applications

Remodelers use CCC for full kitchens in one stocked style; builders and developers use it for consistent finishes across units and phases; dealers and designers use it for a reliable range they can specify repeatedly. CCC supplies cabinets only and does not install, and it is a stocking wholesaler rather than a custom shop.

Warranty

CCC cabinets carry a 5-year limited warranty on defects in material and workmanship and a 2-year limited warranty on painted finishes, with proof of purchase. Coverage is not transferable and excludes misuse, improper installation, modification and excessive moisture or temperature.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is CCC Cabinets?

CCC Cabinets is a wholesale supplier of kitchen and bathroom vanity cabinets in Des Plaines, Illinois, near O’Hare. Founded in 2016 as a distributor, it now manufactures and sells its own cabinets and stocks 15 door styles for contractors, builders, remodelers, property managers, dealers and designers across Chicagoland.

Where can I see the CCC Cabinets catalog?

The door styles are shown on the CCC website and in the CCC door catalog, and all 15 are on display at the Des Plaines showroom. Designers can also use the CCC catalog in the 2020 Design program; confirm current pricing and specifications with a sales representative.

Who can buy from CCC Cabinets?

Trade customers with an approved account: contractors, builders, developers, remodelers, property managers, dealers and designers. CCC does not sell retail, so homeowners buy through their contractor or designer and are welcome to visit the showroom with them.

Does CCC Cabinets sell assembled or ready-to-assemble cabinets?

Both. Every stocked style is available assembled or ready-to-assemble. Assembled cabinets save site labor, while ready-to-assemble cabinets are generally ready sooner and suit crews that assemble in the shop. The construction, finish and warranty are the same either way, so the choice comes down to schedule and labor.

What areas does CCC Cabinets serve?

Chicago and Chicagoland, including Des Plaines, Elk Grove Village, Mount Prospect, Schaumburg, Park Ridge, Evanston, Arlington Heights, Buffalo Grove, Skokie, Niles, Palatine, Glenview and the wider Chicago metro, with jobsite delivery and warehouse pickup.

Does CCC Cabinets install cabinets?

No. CCC Cabinets supplies cabinets only and does not offer installation. Contractors and installers handle installation, while CCC provides warehouse pickup in Des Plaines or curbside jobsite delivery on its own trucks.
