Refund Policy
All purchases are final. No refunds will be provided.
Order Changes
Please review all items carefully before signing the Order Confirmation. Once the order is confirmed, no changes or complimentary exchanges will be accepted.
Order Cancellations
Cancellations are permitted only before the Order Confirmation is signed.
A 25%–50% restocking fee will apply to cancellations made after order confirmation (depending on the condition of the package).
Returns
A 25% restocking fee applies to returns of stock materials.
Merchandise must be in its original packaging and in a resalable condition.
Modified or non-original packaging items will not be credited.
All returns require prior approval and an authorized return goods authorization (RGA) from CCC Chicago Cabinet.
Verbal Guarantees
CCC Chicago Cabinet is not responsible for verbal guarantees or assurances provided by employees unless documented in writing.
Returned Payments
Returned payments may incur a 10% late transaction fee and/or a $35 returned check fee.
Credit Card Processing Fees
A 2% processing fee applies to all credit card transactions.
Payments made via debit card in person, cash, or ACH do not incur processing fees.
Late Pick-Up (Storage Fee)
Items not picked up on time may incur a daily storage fee per item.
The first 24 hours after the scheduled pick-up date are free.
Items left beyond 60 days will be considered abandoned without refund.
Abandoned Items
Replacement items not collected within 60 days are deemed abandoned and are non-refundable.
Cabinets not collected within 30 days are also considered abandoned and non-refundable.
Delivery Terms
Delivery Scope
Deliveries are curbside only or to a designated accessible location near your premises.
Delivery does not include carrying items inside buildings, up stairs, or into specific rooms.
Customer Responsibilities
Inspect all items upon delivery and confirm receipt.
Move items from the curbside to your desired location.
Ensure adequate arrangements (e.g., equipment or assistance) for handling and moving heavy or bulky items.
Delivery Accessibility
The curbside or designated delivery location must be accessible for the delivery vehicle.
If access is blocked or restricted, additional fees may apply for alternative delivery arrangements.
Delivery Notifications
You will receive a call, text, or email notification when the delivery team is en route.
Ensure someone is available to receive the delivery during the scheduled time. If no one is present, redelivery charges may apply.
Item Protection
While every effort is made to ensure safe delivery, curbside delivery may expose items to outdoor conditions temporarily. Inspect the packaging and items for visible damage before accepting the delivery.
Service Limitations
Delivery personnel cannot assist with unpacking, assembly, or disposal of packaging materials.
Items will not be carried up stairs, inside buildings, or to restricted areas.

By selecting curbside delivery, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
I understand that delivery is limited to curbside or a designated accessible location near my premises.
I take full responsibility for moving and securing the item(s) from the curbside to my desired location.
I will ensure delivery accessibility for the team and will inspect the item(s) upon receipt.
