Delivery Policy

At CCC Cabinets, we ensure the safe and timely delivery of your orders using our CCC Cabinet trucks driven by experienced team members. This guarantees that the care taken during manufacturing is maintained until your order reaches its destination.

Delivery Process

  • Scheduling:

    • Our delivery coordinator will contact the designated contact the business day before the scheduled delivery.
    • If no delivery address or contact information is provided before the scheduled date, or if the contact cannot be reached, the delivery may be delayed.

  • Rescheduling:

    • Deliveries returned to us for any reason will incur an additional charge for rescheduling.
    • If the driver waits more than 30 minutes at a stop, the delivery will automatically be rescheduled.

Delivery Options

  • Standard Delivery:

    • Curbside drop-off only.
    • The driver is not responsible for moving products to a specific location.

  • Jobsite Deliveries:

    • Confirm the delivery address at the time of order to ensure it matches the jobsite.

  • Additional Services:

    • If you require the driver to move cabinets to a specific location, discuss pricing with a sales representative. Fees depend on the quantity and difficulty of the task.

Delivery Fees

  • Local Delivery:

    • Base price: $100 + $4 per mile.
    • Each stop: $100 additional.
    • Downtown delivery surcharge: +$50.

  • Out-of-State Deliveries:

    • Automatically add $100 to the standard delivery fee.

Vehicle Specifications

  • Deliveries will be made using vehicles weighing up to 24,000 lbs. Please ensure your site can accommodate this size of vehicle.

How fast is the lead time on in-stock kitchen cabinets?
